- Poster presenters will be expected to be at their posters during a dedicated poster session at the end of oral presentations on Saturday, 7 November 2009.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. The Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions; or to change an author’s presentation type from oral to poster, and abstract submitter will be so notified.
- After abstracts are reviewed authors will be notified of the status of acceptance by 7 October 2009.
